Hmm - dunno - mine stays at 33.75Khz scan regardless and the PJ doesn't resync, which I take to mean it is displaying at 1080i. The cable box says it is at 1080i as well on the front panel. The SD picture still sucks compared to the HD, so I guess this is academic.
