My reply, and the truth:
Considering that I've literally been away on business for the last month, and for the last week I've been in Guyana,
and I just got back to discover that the tube had NOT been shipped, though I had
dropped it off with a "friend" who was going to send it out for me, but didn't
get around to it...and your abusive attitude when you don't even know what's
going on...frankly I'm not sure WHAT to do.
Calling me a son of a bitch when you don't know the score doesn't make me very
willing to want to do ANYTHING for you.
Apologize and we can settle this amicably. Do you want the tube or do you want your money?
But you get neither without an apology to me first....you assumed without knowing the score.

Other updates: Not having a working PC at home (for about a month now) has also made things more difficult for me, too. I can't even use my PayPal account as my work PC's IP address doesn't match my registered IP address associated with the account. Until I get that computer back up and running (or just replace it) I'm sort of stuck when it comes to PayPal.

I freakin knew it, CJ didn't steal nuttin!
You still screwed up by not taking care of stuff on your own though. NEVER leave something important for someone else to take care of. 
And asking for an apology? f*ck that CJ, you owe him an apology no matter what your issues were. There are ALWAYS a way around things.
Like going to Kinko's and renting a computer there. Or posting on this board to try and contact someone. And what is this about a paypal IP address? Pshaww!
The only excuse is if you're in a Hospital. Even being out of the Country is not an excuse.

I've been watching this thread and thought CM was the type of person who has a busy life and lets things get behind. Still no excuse for lack of communication IMO. My best friend is like that. He'll help you out any way he can whether he knows you or not. I think he has a bad case of AADD but despite that is very succesfull in the computer industry. He doesn't sell stuff on eBay but I think if he did I suspect his feedback score would be very low.

Yeah, maybe you're right. Sure,... he's pulled this same exact crap on other custermers in the past but this time his excuses are even more impressive.
Customers should realize if CJ wants to take you money on tour and drop off you property with people you don't know so they can decide what to do with it then that's just bussiness as usual.
And if said travel means actually going places, then he's off the hook for his responsabilities regarding your transactions. And don't forget that his pc may be broken and paypal doesn't want to do bussiness with him and though I haven't seen the "health problem" card lately it's always still an option.

Apologize.......you have got to be kidding. The ONLY person who should be apologizing here is YOU for taking these folks money and not sending their goods. After all this is a "business" for you as you referenced in the thread where you put the covers for sale.
And it's not like this is the first time you have done this.
Anyone who is stupid enough to send you a dime after this repeat performance, deserves to loose their money.

In a nutshell....
Agreement to purchase was made
You were promptly paid for said merchandise
Merchandise was never shipped and you left for over a month with no intentions of following up on your obligations.
Of course the guy is f*cking PISSED OFF at you!

You promised me to ship it next day when you received my money, but you lied. Two month went by, you say you are busy, and your "friend" made a mistake, it isn’tt reasonable.
I hate and was angry for your dishonesty and lose my time more than two months, not for the $120.
When my red tube of 1209s broke down two months ago, I feel anxious to look a tube. When you told me he had a good one and the total price, I was so happy and paid in the next minute by PayPal, then asked you to ship it AQAP.I was waiting for the red tube every day, and sent you email more than 10 times, but you never replied, you delayed my time. I had no choice but to buy another tube on Videogon last week.
It is your another lie. Even though you have been in Guyana, you still could receive my emails, why you didn't reply my email?
I apologize to any CRT amateur who have seen my some word out of line, but I will never apologize to you, CJ , you son of bitch!
I believe everyone will understand my intensive experience of your swindles. I tell the truth here, just hope other amateur won't be your next victim.

When you decide to get into your PayPal account you will find a request for a refund of my $125 which you have had since March for Marquee covers that were never sent. AFAIK you only need a username and password to log into PayPal have not heard you need a matching IP too that's a new one on me 
A refund sometime before Christmas (2007) would be nice
