What program do you recommend to develop the photos?

I use Capture One Pro but that's just because it's what I'm used to as I've been using it for about 10 years.

There are many other available today too. I'm not really up on what's what in terms of RAW file processing. Sorry!

My Blu ray player will only play about 6 DVD's. So I guess I'll need another so bare with my choice of movies of the few that I can play.

Especially that first shot reveals a lot of skin details.

You have a good eye for this. My shots are primarily about Detail. That the real virtue of HD. Finer detail at native 1080P require a very fast video chain for analog HD, so my shots are mostly trying to show foreground to background depth. As well as the ability to make out things in the backgrounds. These are the things that require Speed, because depth on a crt can only happen the closer you get to fully resolving 1080P native, and that also require a very fast (flat) video chain

I'm trying hard to get my Marquee up to their same performance level. So far I'm only able to get 250mhz on my video chain. It's actually more than that using an 02 VIM.
