There has been a bit of a delay sending out the disks from the start of February. I have been stuck in Jakarta for the last 4 weeks for work.

I notice one person has already filed for PAYPAL refund, Thats fine he will get his cash back seeing he can't wait.

I expect the DVD's will be sent early next week when I am back in Melbourne.

Hey Graham, Just food for thought: There's been a number of complaints over the years for your DVD regardling delivery. . Keep in mind that most people that buy it are strangers, and yes, I too would expect shipment within a week of receiving payment.

You seem to get your nose out of joint when someone after a MONTH wants a refund. I sure would want a refund as well. Communication is key on the internet, I found that out the hard way. Forward your emails to wherever you go, and reply to EVERY one. Most people don't have an issue with a month waiting time.. if they know about it.

We do indicate on the order page that "Orders ship from Australia and are mailed out in bulk approximately every 2 weeks so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery."

Not everyone reads that of course.

Kal

Graham, I e-mailed you to ask the status of my order on the 28th Feb (a few days short of 4 weeks since my initial order). I got no reply so I raised the issue with paypal to hopefully get a direct reply from you. Was it not reasonable to expect a direct reply after 7 weeks with no update on my order?

Had it not been for KAL e-mailing me today reqarding your post I'd still be none the wiser about the DVD.

Regards

Gary

Kal, that part was read and noted. 2nd Feb order paid for, the date today is the 21st March, so the 4-6 week window really don't apply as the order has not been posted as Graham confirmed.

All outstanding DVD's where posted approx a week ago.

I am looking at a download model in lieu of postage. Standby as I organize this.

The last postage shipments has had a loss rate of 20% which is unacceptable

Download file size will be approx 1 gig. This resolution is needed to see many of the screen examples in the video.

The number of these being sold really does not justify spending much resource on this product. I am slowly working my way toward a low cost download solution.

I have had a delay shipping DVD's due to a corrupted master. They should be gone in the next week.

BUT dont do as one knob did and lock up my PAYPAL account with a dispute INSTEAD OF EMAILING ME AND ASKING WHERE THE disk is.

I have now refunded and will not accept accept ANOTHER ORDER FROM HIM.

A little courtesy goes a long way.

At the rate these are being ordered ( about 1 DVD a month) it really doesn't rate spending much time on doing anything at the moment

I'll gladly send 50 bucks your way if it wouldn't be for the DVD part. I don't have a DVD player.
