I haven't used my pj in probably 5 years. It was working then. I took it down from the ceiling and I was going to try and get the hours for a guy. When I push the standby button on the internal remote the pj comes on, p/s all lights green, but I don't ever hear the high voltage come on? The neck board leds are all green. Not sure what I'm missing?

Check the g2 board for a red led and check the EHT for the same.

G2 all the lights are green and the red on comes on just briefly and then goes out. On the EHT there are 2 red leds they are both on dimly.

OK, you've narrowed it down. You probably need an HV quadrupler or HV splitter. Both fail often, and both are now generally hard to find. THe older 761XXX quads are more reliable, and will generally fit into the 1209s slot, although you may not be able to bolt it down, as most older quads have the HV leads out the side, and not the top.
The rest of the set sounds OK. Sadly, those HV components degrade even when they are not being used.

Any way to check to see which one? Something I should look for cracks, etc?

No, no way to check these except for replacement. It was one of the main reasons I started getting away from CRT completely about 10 years ago.
NEver mind the fact that there were few customers, but all the weak spots, like Sony G90 YA boards going bad, and Barco quads and splitters dying left and right with no replacements available that pretty much shut the door on CRT service for me.

Just post here looking for one, and put a permanent search out on eBay for them.

Also noticed that the back end of the blue tube doesn't have the orange glow like the others?

Oh, that's significant!

Pull the blue CRT socket off the back of the tube (careful, it may be cracked, in which case the glass will be really fragile), and disconnect the blue tube HV lead from the HV splitter. That will take the blue tube out of circuit. Don't disconnect the yoke wires.

See if the R and G tubes fire up then. If you, you may need a blue tube.

Did as you said and the red and green lit. The white connector on the rear seemed lose, I gently removed it to find that the glass t*t is broke?

Yup, you're screwed. You need a blue tube. Can happen in transit, or a cold snap if your storage area wasn't heated. Or the tube just didn't like you. Smile

I'm sure someone here has one, just put up a separate post in the buy/sell section.

At least it wasn't the green!
