Hi all,

Another question regarding quads until Lee will find a way to repair all our broken ones!

I recently bought a 909 without the quad.
I know that the 909 R763368 is different with only one wire coming out. The other wire that normally drive the G2 board is not present.
Is it possible to use an old quad insulating the small G2 wire ?
In another forum they say that is possible but I ask if someone here tried this option.

Thanks,
Alberto

The ones I got off curt they where very well taped up
They seem to make noise im temped to pot the lead in silicone
Definitely do not just cut the lead off it will arc to the chassis
And not sure what tape curt used but it was thick enough I suspended
The end not close to metal or boards be careful it’s very high voltage
And even with my Barco unplugged it’s someting you need to be careful of
