Never owned a G70, so i can't say if the mounting bolts are the same.
All i know is that for front projection, HD117-24 lenses are most desirable in combination with LC 8" tubes.
I still have a pristine set of HD117-24 lenses with their clear C-elements from a BarcoReality 908 machine, should you be in need.
