Thanks! It may be that the HV lead wasn't properly seated in the splitter, and by pulling it out and putting it back in, it made a proper connection. I've had that happen here too!

Hello everyone,

So, after 6 months of total happiness, I've decided to move back a bit my projector.
Oddly enough, after doing that, the image began to shake again! Not sure if it's related.

The orange led on the front never left but since I'm not an expert at all, I was in the mood "if it ain't broke don't fix it".

Now, as soon as I turn it on, it's shaking as hell like never before.
Here is a short video about it:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/8a1fqmmlxwiv898/2018-07-26%2007.58.04.mov?dl=0

I've tried removing 2 pink cables that go from the HV Splitter, leaving the cable just for Red, then for Green, then for Blue. But it's the same behavior on all 3.

So, I guess it means now I have to change the Quadrupler, right?

I've another question since I'm on it:
I've succeeded to get a sharp image on the center, but never on the corners. If somehow I could manage to get it right i.e on the bottom right, it was blurry on the top left and so on.

Is it normal?
Am I asking too much of this technology/this particular projector?

Thanks in advance

No, your problem is most likely the HV splitter. The yellow LEd on the front indicates that one memory location is locked to the incoming signal, that's normal.

Curt,

I've already changed the HV Splitter, you sent one tested by yourself last January.

Could it be this again ?

Yes, quite possible. Send me an email, I'll send you one for dirt cheap.
