Holy crap! Why so many smokers?

I only have one... enough for our family of 4 and then some!

Been competing in backyard BBQ competitions. I used to have a Kamado Joe. It was good until I smoked fish in it and never got the smell out. But those three you see with the side chimney's and very heavy duty 1/4 inch thick metal units and cook some amazing Grub by burning wood and wood only.
