Not sure what to do regarding a matter with Mike Parker and his promises on mods. I purchased and received his mod's on my boards with a free upgrade to "the latest". After several promises that the boards were done and to be sent to me, I am still waiting after almost 4 months. I have contacted my attorney on the situation because of constant broken promises and delays. How can I warn others to stay away from Mike and the poor results that others have had? Mike has the power to correct the issue, but takes no responsibility for his word or actions. I have all the correspondence with the promises made by Mike.

I consider 4 months time to be adequate for the amount of work involved with a skilled technician. That's 40 hrs a week times 4 months to accomplish the goal as promised. If you like I can forward all emails related to the matter. I suggest that Mike be banned from promoting his services if he cannot abide by his word. People just don't need to be promised goods which cannot be delivered when promised.

Dude, I stopped selling and promoting my mods four or more months ago. Look over in my "latest" thread.

And I've also told several that I'm no longer doing them, and have posted that periodically on that same thread.

And as also mentioned in that same thread, I would only be working with previous mods that I've already sold. That's in there as well.



Now, for the 100 years I've been doing mods, I have always been late delivering them, and that has always been mentioned here. So and your waiting for the "Upgrade" that was promised nearly a years ago, you chose to have it done after my mentioning knowing I was getting out of doing it, but still and will still to any warranty issues. Look at one of your recent emails to me where you mentioned in it, about me posting that I'm getting out of doing this. So you were well aware of me not doing mods anymore. I only post screenshots and post in the "latest" thread for my previous customers.

So there's no promotion of something that I'm no longer doing. I no longer have the parts to make that happen and at this point in the CRT game, I'll not invest in getting anymore parts.



I've been saying for a while that the CRT game has changed, and so have I. For reasons even beyond sells, I'll not be able to do mods anymore. I have one board waiting for a previous customer, but will remain very active in posting on the mods, as well as supporting any of my previous customers... and they already know waiting could be expected. But as always, they WILL be taking care of. Even those few out there that I've also extended a free upgrade to my very latest..

Yes, the vim as well. It should take a few days turnaround, but I would say a week to make sure. The LVSP is a must to do with this upgrade

Hey Mark, Your Boards will be ready to go back to you the end of this week. There was a few changes I needed to make, they are now perfect. Waiting ion an inductor to arrive today.

Also glad you sent the Moome along, because it also has to be matched.

I'll let you know when it's all ready, and will talk about the LVPS then.

I'm sure i had mentioned the LVPS upgrade would be the only cost you pay this time. The mod upgrade is no cost. The cost for the LVPS upgrade is $100.00

I hope to have everything ready tomorrow or Wednesday for shipping. You'll also have shipping

I don't have to state the fact of blooming on this site to have a opinion. That position was kept private due to a couple clowns who cannot contain themselves when a concern comes up. They were banned for that reason. I did mention it to you in the pasted email. Fair enough?

Your days and promises turned into months after explicitly asking for a turnaround time. You made the mistake, NOT ME! You never stated it would only take a few more days to complete recently. You want to go down that road. I have the emails! An honest man keeps his word golden. Untarnished. You extended the offer and I accepted! Problem Mike? Lets see: 8 hrs a day x 5 days in a week= 40 hrs to work on the boards. 40 hours x 4 months= 640 hrs. Don't tell me you have not had ENOUGH time to complete this.

Man, what does it take for you to understand I'm not doing any new mods, and have been posting that for at least the past 4 months or so. And you even asked me about posting it on the forum yourself.

Concerning me sending you my contact number, that's not going to happen as well, because I'm not trying to listen to anymore of your insults.

On me making things right. have your attorney contact as you indicated. let him resolve this as you indicated.


And in honoring your request, I have already started restoring your boards to the state that they were when you sent them to me. And as soon as that process is complete, they will be returned back to you. I will not go forward with the mod upgrade I offered you. I'd rather you get back to the same board set that you have indicated you were very happy with, and the same boards that you never indicated had the blooming problem you mentioned some indicated they had experienced two years ago with a version they got.

And concerning you letting me know Strids (Kurt) was in contact with you, that's fine with me, and he has also joined in on this, but by email and I'm sure you're his new tool now.


So let me put this here in large print. I'm sending your boards back as you requested, and they will be restored to the original great performance mods you claimed they were before you sent them to me. It was my idea to upgrade them, not something you saw a need for. And your inability to wait a few days more after a long wait compelled you to contact your attorney. And since there is no financial transaction in this deal, because it was a free upgrade offered by me, there is nothing more needing to happen but to get your boards back to you and that will happen. And your request previously here that I do the right thing and finished the boards, is also not going to happen. My reason is your twice demand that I send them back untouched or as they were. And since I've informed you about the process to restore things and the time I'll need to make that happen we're closer to sending them out tomorrow, to include your blatant and most terrible insults and false accusations. I'd rather just get things back to where they were. Concerning others that are and have done business with me, they know as you did WHY I've stopped offering and selling the mods. They also know that I'm only doing upgrades and supporting what I already have out there, to include, they know of the circumstances why I've not been able to operate and function like a standard business, so there are already aware and it's their choice. I'm hearing from them also

So in what I'm really doing is honoring your request to send your boards back. And no need for you to warn anybody of anything, when as I've said previously and is well known, there could be a long wait in dealing with me. Some things I don't have control over these later years of my life, and with all upgrades that I plan to do being already done. I'll just be supporting what's already out there.
