Focus phase (under ref. menu) has some effect on geometry, worth check, also check convergence phase.

I have not seen an explanation about how to adjust the Focus Phase: what should it look like if it is adjusted properly??

Also, my horizontal amplitude is near 100%: I read in the XG section of this site that the H-width could be adjusted but that it requires a 480i input signal, a volt meter and adjusting two trimpots. Is there a simpler way?

I haven’t seen instructions either, but found that it certainly has effect on overall geometry. As I said above this is only a possibility, write down where it is currently, and try significantly higher and lower values, and see if helps, if not set back where it was.

As for the raster width, this is still the better case than where raster would be over the tube face even at 20% width. So if you could setup your raster fine, then I would not be worried about this.
