I have HD300 lenses on my BG1209s. I read that they have 10lp/mm resolution. Will it be worth to get some HD120 lenses (I read that they have 12lp/mm res) ?
My screen is 295cm long.

At the right price, yes. HD300s are the same as regular plain old HD10s and they're beaten by anything else.
