Dear friends,
I've an existential question: is it worthy to upgrade from a Bg1209scto a Cine 9? Would it be a huge difference and increase of quality?
Thank for your input

YES if it's within your budget and the tubes are good.
The Cine 9/909 is undisputably one of the king CRT units. It has the highest specs of any CRT projector
and when set up right there's nothing that delivers a better picture.

It will not be a huge upgrade in quality. But it is certainly a better projector. If your 1209s still is in good shape, I wouldnt use a large amount to upgrade to a 909.

Those are not bad.
It's been said that the HFQ900 are better/sharper.
To find a Cine9 is not that easy. Maybe you have one on hand ?

A fair price i think.
If your 1209s tubes are in better condition you can move them into the Cine9.
cheers
