They were never released. Open it up and look for bad solder joints or burned resistors.

Also check the heat sink compound at the transistors. I redid mind on the 4000

If you need the schematics, you might give VDC Display Systems a call and ask nicely if they might be willing to release a copy to you. They have all the old AmPro documentation and it's been so long since this stuff had any value to them that they MIGHT
consider giving you those docs. It isn't like there's any commercial value left in them at this point.

Just like the Marquee's, the AmPro HVPS was made by Spellman Inc. who notoriously don't give out documentation, there is no documentation on the Marquee HVPS either...
