Hello everyone. It's been quite a while since I've posted here, and a lot of things have happened since then. Kids, out state move from Utah to Florida, and now our first home!. So I am now looking to get back into CRT; looking for a 9" CRT that someone is willing to throw away or donate to such a young soul Smile. I can also buy Smile. I am living in Orlando. Does anyone live in the state? any Ideas of where I can find one? I found a Sony G70 on craigslist. The guy is selling it for 450 bucks with a moome HDMI card, so I am not too crazy about it since is not a 9", but is that a good price?. Please pitch in some ideas if you have any, Thanks.

At this point, 8" sets should more or less be given away, I know I'm parting the last of mine out this weekend due to no demand.

I sell good 9" sets with good tubes starting at $800, and get that regularly, but as is, without it being gone through, a 9" set should be less than that from pretty much anyone else.

Wow, you moved from Utah to Florida. At least you didn't move all the way down here.

I hope Curt doesn't take offense, but I have two G70s that I would give you for $100. You have to come get them though, which is about three hours.

Thanks for all the replies. Spanky where in Florida are you? If I can get a 9" for a fair price, I will go for that. But if I run out of options, I'll pm you. Thanks a lot!

A nine-inch set for $800? Damn! Very Happy At that price, why would anyone consider an entry-level DLP set?

Here is a link where alot of converters have been tested and reviewed in fact a 20.00 reviews quite well

https://www.avforums.com/threads/best-hdmi-to-rgbhv-converters-for-analog-displays.2023323/

Good luck I have the moome and could not be happier but have tried the 20.00 and it worked well.
