Yes, its because im working on the next big thing that has priority 
Its a water cooling for the 909, got one but its far to noisy imho. This will take a LOT of time and effort, but i will do it. Call me mad 
And when this is done i will get back to the neckboard problem...

 Just buy a 919 split pack, place one end above ceiling, tubes under. Fit them with papst fans, control them down, for little as possible airflow and voila silenzzzz
