I have found there is very little difference. The pt18 maybe a little sharper but only notice on test pattern. I have 2 808s machines set up. 1 has the PT18 and one has P16 tubes.

not many people left messing with 8 " tubes.

The p16 are sharper than DMB or DVB, that I've confirmed here.

isnt there a difference in gamma curve on them? pt18 need like 72 hz to get the same gamma curve?
