This is the point of the situation: with the help of some friends I repaired the circuit ++ 9v located of sub boards of both SMPS boards that I have available.

This failure caused a lost power of the controller.
So much so that it was not possible to use the diagnostic software.
Repaired circuit ++ 9v now I can see tensions with diagnostic software.
But the projector is still not working.
Should there be a problem in the circuit +/- CON generated from the second SMPS + G2 board.
The corresponding voltages (+/-) should be symmetrical with values around 37 / 39v.
Instead they start for a few seconds correctly then suddenly step to double values as is possible to view in picture below.

This could have caused an overheating of a security resistor of the convergence board that appears burned.
I replaced the resistor but have not solved the problem because the failure, in my opinion, should be before the second SMPS + G2 board.
Perhaps just on the board but having two available that show the same reactions I tend to exclude them.

OOOOOK
Finally the projector start up.
There was some resistor burned, I must to replace some diodes.
Actually the +/-CON circuit of the Convergences board is disconnected by jumpers.
I must to try to reconnect this circuit hoping in a success.

But now I'm stop only test ... I want to rest a little

You've done a lot of work on this projector yourself, and while I respect that, it makes it very difficult to determine if this was a fault that was original to the set, or something that has been created by working on the set. There are a number of boards that can cause this issue within the set. My offer stands to test/repair boards for you if you want to send them in.

You're right Curt.
Something I fixed it myself and there's something that I have certainly broken because of my hurry.
The problem for people who do not live overseas are the huge shipping costs for items that are losing more and more market value.
My projector had the sub board of SMPS broken and defective convergences + controller boards.
I successfully repaired the SMPS sub board (and also bought a spare).
I also bought a controller board working and I'm waiting for the deliver of a convergences board.
I have to try if the replacement convergences board solves the issues of geometry's adjustments.
If I will not solve, the send of various boards to test/repair could be a viable option.

the projector is in my workshop and it is almost ready. After the replacement of the convergences board all adjustments work. Remains a issue with the convergence of the red at the corners of the image.

Unfortunately the issue of corners it's a simpthom of a bad convergences board. I need another spare part. Curt I wrote a mail to you.
