I recently bought a set of neckboards from Curt but it turns out there was a misunderstanding I got the latest model while I wanted the old model. Now I contacted Curt and he said no problem, keep them I will send you a new set for free. Now that is customer service

That is excellent service, and I'm sure Curt would do no less. I had a customer buy a digital projector from me once, and it failed to power on after a few days of using it, I told them they could keep the projector and I would send them a replacement at no cost. They were thrilled that I was willing to do that for them, but I figured it was the least I could do. Luckily it was one out of a possible 6 or 7 projectors I've had issues with after the sale (but that's only out of 600+ machines & counting so far  )

Yeah, once in a while, I do my best in screwing up.
NOt sure if I emailed you, but the replacement boards (tested!) are on the way as of MOnday. No real tracking number since it's a small box, but let me know if you don't see them within 2 weeks.

Ok! I trust they will arrive. I guess the CRT is not fulltime business anymore and than some things might slip. Still good we can buy parts. Might be all over one day.
But I will test the new style neckboards too. Perhaps they are useful some people are working on them.
