You have at least an XG 750 which is closer to the PG xtra in bandwidth...

Wow... There is something wrong with the focus there, i cant see any 1:1 at all!!! That could be the HDF2, but id say its more than just that.

Yep its not good.
Put in a blu-ray and the picture was very sharp.
I thought it may of been because I put the test pattern on a dvd-r.
I put the same disk in and checked the Barco and it is very clean and sharp.
It could be the fury. Its the only change in the video chane the 2 projectors.

This is how the new Green and Blue tube turned up. New, still sealed in Barco box with fitting instructions.

Is your machine a 908 or an 808?

The CRT replacement box says 908, that is 909 electronics mated with 8" tubes. He has SEOS BG808s.

I wish it was a 908. I checked before buying and the same tube kit is for the 1208s/2 on the parts list.
As much as the SEOS has some of the better boards it would be a fun project to turn it into a 908.
Anyone have a set of boards. I will need yokes and focus coils as well. The video chane and the vertical board seem to be the same as what's in the 908.

Nah, I don't think so, what IC do you see on the neckboard's heatsink VPH08?

I will check. From memory its a vpj08b. They are the 120mhz boards. In the sub manual for the 908 its is 120mhz not 180.
The 908 also had the LC option.

The 180Mhz figure is a poor attempt at humour, even for a 909.

Ive displayed 2560x1600 on my Cine 9 before, and it wasnt real sharp at all. It is beyond the ability of the set.

The Reality 912 also lists those same specs, and there is a good chance it could sharply address 2560x1600, but 3200x2560 is a bit of a stretch.
