I'm not a football fan. I just like the commercials.

Guys
107" wide, a smidge shy of nine feet. 1.0 gain Stewart Snomatte, two Marquee 9500s with the Analog Way Diventix 8022 processor, fronted with a Dish tuner and Panasonic BluRay thru a Moome Mux. The Dish tuner is going in favor of Netflix piped out of the BluRay, which I just got running yesterday.

Looks good. I thought about firing up my Marantz, but just didn't feel like setting it up.

Yeah. Blendng sucks. I watched the game on my pair of MP mod'd 9500LCs, on the 12 foot wide SMX AT screen. No screen shots though, 'cause I'm now at class about to teach.

Couldn't muster up the energy for the 15 minutes it would have taken to set it up?

15 MINUTES!
Try like 3 minutes. It is actually more about getting the area to put it situated than setting up the pj. Also, I wasn't really that interested in the game. Who knew it would turn out to be one of the best games of all time?

I was including going to some other room to get the projector, unpacking it, finding an extension cord, moving aside the bowl of chips, copies of Playboy, and screwdrivers, and turning it on and focusing.

The pj is actually not in the hurricane that is my apartment. So, if you include that, then it would have been a lot more. Plus, finding a pair of cheap speakers to plug into the HTPC, etc.
I don't read Playboy. I get my porn online.
I think you are jealous, because your TV/Projector byline says Nada

That's a bit of a low blow, but I suppose you're more than a little right.

Yeah, well you could have swooped in and been the king by grabbing the RS56 on Saturday.

Haha... Let's make a deal, Mac!
Seriously, I'm not buying any projectors for the time being, but if you still have it in a month or two, I may be very interested.

To say the timing isn't right would be quite an understatement. Minimizing burn rate, so no projectors for me for right now, unfortunately.
I hope another deal like that comes along. I'm either going to an eShift2 model like the RS56, or I'm going to try stacking two RS45's.
