Change out that HFA1106 with the HFA1100 and a couple resistors and it should do 4k ! lol |
Pay no attention to those tubes or lenses.

lol
Dennis , I remember now. I bet its a software issue. The HDM is controlled
by the Daughter board, might need a little software tweaking to line up the scan lines correctly
due to the new circuit(two fets instead of three) or some other parts tweaked to keep the scan's even across all zones.
Probably much like the Banding issue, and the new software needed for that.

But nowadays if you see a perfect 1:1 from a Marquee with not that good a focus you have to wonder if the focus does contribute that much to MTF. You have to wonder if the blooming you see is not caused by the bandwidth.
I know that is something Mac and other old guys do not yet get. But in time...we will see |
You had to bring me back into this by using me in your comment, didn't you.
I never said the Marquee couldn't do a near perfect 1:1 with Mikes mods along with poor focus. I actually said it was a great pattern generator. Just to heavy to use in the field for repair, lol.
What I then said is it has little to do in full motion video. Changes and improvements in patterns do not equal the same in full motion video. This is where you have a problem grasping things.
The other day I was on the back deck and there was this mole, running around, banging into things. He would run into something, back up, run again right into something else. He did this about 20 times until he ran off the deck cause there was nothing to hit. I immediately thought of redfox. The only difference is, redfox keeps climbing back up on the deck.
Did you figure out the Ampro yet mr fox? Maybe it would be better if you did not figure it out cause then you guys would be banging your heads trying to find used Ampros. But you may have a hard time finding them since the military is still using most of them. |
He I think you'r subconsciousness is telling you something about a blind mole and doing the same thing again and again. Perhaps it is me reacting in this thread again and again I don't know it is your subconsciousness
I had a blue tube where the glycol got yellow. Perhaps it is the piss from this thread running in my tubes Probable not.
Lets just close this thread I have nothing to add and made my points as I see them. Are they right or wrong time will tell.
Hope we talk one day or maybe I walk in your shop and buy something. Sure we would laugh about this

I hope and think it is. My mind is a different place at the moment, need to find a purpose for 21 HD10E lenses.

Serious? Is an X500 far better than a RS50?

Dont have a clue, i have only seen the X500 in action once at Williams meet.
It fore sure is much brighter, ill hope the panels is better to do 1:1 on off today.
I dont have desire to get one, but i dont blame those who do, ill think it will spank a G90 really hard..

Ok thanks gives me a feeling what that unit does. No desire to get the guy to another point of view if he is happy this way.

For sure it do, there might only be the Ampro holding up. Its hard to know, as the Ampro performance is a well kept secret, not public shared by the few lucky owners.
