I havent had much time yet, isnt the signal from the controller a digital one? If thats the case, putting a resistor in line with the controller probably wont work!

No, it's analog out. I was thinking though.. by reducing the gain of the convergence output, you're actually limiting the whole convergence parameters, incl the green if you put resistors into the output lines. I think what you want to do is limit the range of the fine zone convergence only, you don't really want to limit the range of keystone, and everything else?

I have a feeling it can be done, but will need deeper digging into the controller board schematic...

Yeah, i wouldnt bother doing green, its reasonable as it is. Red and blue on the other hand, are not.

I would have done it if I had a need to but I find convergence accurate enough. Perhaps when all my other problems are fixed Very Happy On the other hand whenI ever happen to need to take out the tray I will put a resistor there just for fun.
