Build date is late 1999 and it looks to have HD144/145 lenses? How do you tell what it was before it was "Runco'd"

Pop the cover off the card cage. If there's a small board right behind the BNC input connectors, that's the component to RGB decoder, and it will be an XG85. The 75s didn't have that board.
Runco's 'build/spray paint' date is usually 1-4 years after the set was actually made.

If its got HD144/145 lenses its not an Ultra, they have HD-8s and are XG110
Mine is a 2000 build on the sticker and its an 852.
