Tried ordering and shipping to my US address. Can't do it on their system 
They can't bill from Canada and ship to the US.

There's a lot of US companies that can't do that. Try calling them. Can't you ship to your US address?
BD Ent usually have good stock, and you're not getting Chinese knockoff, off- spec parts, but their pricing and shipping is on the moon. I use them only when i can't find stuff elsewhere, or am in a rush.

Just so you know, their prices are not firm. Actually it is the only company I know of where you can negotiate a price. If I call for a part and they say 17.00 and I say WHAT, I can get it for 4 bucks. He then says, "Ok, 4 bucks" how many do you want, LOL. And yes, no knockoffs. Their parts come out of Japan.

Nope asked for a quote to Toronto.
USPS Express Mail $37.75 delivery in 3-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail $29.25 delivery in 6-10 business days
LMASSOFF
I asked him to toss them into an envelope and drop it in the letter mail. Let's see what he says.

2 each of the diodes. He got back to me. $4.75 in a padded envelope. That's more reasonable. No tracking number but that's OK. I can't track the resistors I bought on eBay either.
