Need help to Change my SMPS? My current SMPS is of 400 watts. Now it got some problem so i want to change my SMPS. I have a Spare which is of 450 watts. and also, my current SMPS is of AC 230 volts. The Spare SMPS is of 220 volts. does this difference in watts and voltage matters? if yes, how does it affect my system? im using core 2 duo 2.0 GHz processor and gigabyte 945GZM-S2 mobo. Any response will be appreciated.

There's a nonsensical signature, and the IP address geolocates to:
Hooghly-Chinsurah, West Bengal 712101, India

Pretty sure that's spam.

I'll give it a day, but $10 says that signature turns into a link to a cell-phone store site in a day or two.

No, they post a seemingly innocuous post, let a few people discuss it and make a few comments, then let it fall off the recent posts list for a few days. Then, they come back and edit the post with actual spam - links and good, rich keywords. Of course, google then indexes it, but nobody ever notices.

I would love to put a seriously legit beat-down on one of them some day.

I'm giving this one the benefit of the doubt.
