Using a PC, have had issues trying to lock 1920x1080 with the PC on HDMI connection. I am using a refresh rate of 60hz. Is that too much and should consider the BNC's for that? Have yet to try it. Or am I at the mod point? Works fine with Blu-ray 1080p 60hz. But this is weird.

You should absolutely be using the RGB-HV input depending on the projector, why are you use the HDMI input? The PC will be more cable of the D/A conversion than whatever else youre using.

Having said that, the only reason youre not getting a lock is cause the timings are wrong, id almost bet youre using nVIDIA and newer drivers, around the 320ish mark. They have adjusted the timing on the newer drivers, and the sync width is too small.
