I do not have pictures form the last,deleted because against a digital. This is a CRT THREED so feel free to post of your marquees before and after. I explain what I see.
And instead of just making questions take some pictures and put them up. |

Also show us the calibration, what was the Delta E values.?
Your the CRT expert, you have to tell us how this works, ill also like to know what reference source/ DAC i need to do this testing right.? |

And people are different some like digital images and some like Analog. The most important thing is to have a god picture that YOU like and feel that is the best for you. And with a 909 I can say by certain that you get that feeling.

If you say this, you can't say were a 909 will be in the game comparing to a digital JVC X3. It's different for everyone. Like you say some like digital some like analog. I saw a documentary yesterday about Sound City, they used a mixer table made by Neve a analog fine peace of art, till digital came and all studio's used computers. Analog sound and video are different some like digital some like analog.
Personally I like analog and all the technique from CRT and don't need higher resolution above good 1080p |
YEs good point. Why do some like tube amplifiers and record players while we have mosfet amplifiers and cd players. When the cd player came the same discussions where done. But after a lot of years people realise that it is not that simple that the equipment with the least distortion was the best. It turned out that some things are not very measurable but a record player gives a lot a people a satisfaction that a cd player does not. And nobody really knows why. That is why I say trust witnesses more than technical or even pseudo technical BS. Have the guts to watch and feel yourself what you like the most.

This picture shows nothing about a original vs modifyed, and also this picture is taken to far away and look very soft. To show this you need to take the picture closer so we can see the lines.

Why are you evading my questions?
What I can evaluate from your original is that you have good BW, but very poor MTF. I can also see from your original picture you have serious uniformity problems as the lover right corner is pink and also 50 and 70 IRE is pink 70 IRE is actually very pink.
You can draw complicated conclutions when you zoom in on my pictures and that is why I zoom in on yours and ask questions.

How can you tell i have good bandwidth.? Did i tell you what pixel clock that image was displayed with.?
How can you tell it have very bad MTF.? Did i post a high resolution picture who would measure same MTF as on the screen.?
You 2 idiots have no clue how to evaluate a screenshot of a test pattern, your constantly looking for stuff the pictures cant tell.
Tell me 1 more time why we need you guys to help evaluate modifications for CRT projectors.?
