After 45+ pages of the same crap, I could randomly insert said picture on any page, and it would still be relevant.

And I have never said I have tested a modifyed Marquee, but I have seen modifyed Barcos and it did not matter, the results where the same.

For your education. Mike has made the Marque perform at 300MHz. There is not a single testpicture that you can throw that is better on digital than on that Marquee. In fact all the scaling degrades your reolution so the Marquee will be sharper and better as long as you do not use the sharpness slider.

For your education. Mike has made the Marque perform at 300MHz. There is not a single testpicture that you can throw that is better on digital than on that Marquee. In fact all the scaling degrades your reolution so the Marquee will be sharper and better as long as you do not use the sharpness slider. |

I think there was one in the CRT forum. These guys also got into it with Darinp and Kris about the Sony 1100.

Lack of knowledge?? So you say a Marquee modifyed to 300mhz can show any testpattern better than any digital? I normaly donīt watch testpatterns as I use my projectors for movies, but we tried this way back and I think the VW1000 showed every testpattern better than any CRT and the same goes for the JVCīs.

If you want the best money can buy, how do you decide if you did not try it all.
Is all digitals the same.. And do you think all CRT projectors look the same to.?
You never seen a Marquee, but tell you seen a Barco and the results where the same. How did you come to that conclusion.?
