Blue tube lost its glycol

Ok I recently got a marquee and after I unpacked it I noticed the blue tube had leaked out at some point before me or mike got it
Now I have the projector tore down and the blue tube removed(had a time doing it) now I need to know how to get the plug out to put more coolent in
The set had been ceiling mounted at some point(still has part of the mount on it)so when the tube leaked it didn't get on none of the system boards(got to clean the top in places)

Is this an AC or LC machine?

Its an ac optics set vidikron vision 3(marquee 8110+)I recently bought from mike(aka dochollywood)

I figured it out last night someone had out silicone over the screw after the fluid had leaked out but I have since refilled it and am ready to put it back in the set

Silicone over the screws is normal.

I was wondering so I put some freash over it after I refilled it
