Who wants to party? Picking up a G90 or three along with two reel to reels, and have a good excuse now to break in my Mazda!

I bought an Akai GX630DSS in Chico Ca, off ebay and he had (I think) a small Teac X3 as well that I got for nothing. Picking them up on the way down. Not sure if I'm coming all the way down to LA, but I'll try.

Nice AKAI, the X3 is junk. The AKAI might need those noisy transistors replaced, though.
And if you don't want to come see me.... fine. At least I don't have to put on clean underwear and a washed shirt.

Priorities, Jay.
Not that I don't miss the CRT, but I am now at 60 hours total on the Epson.
Tells you something.
Priorities.

Dang curt you rarely get to enjoy your projectior but priorities first
Most time I get to enjoy my projector is on the weekends(6hours at the most if I host a game session 3hours if I don't)
Yet I have three sets(soon to be getting another one you was right about me having more then one of these beasts not telling till I have it I know I'm mean)

Class? high? You'll find neither around here. I deal in sheer volume, now THAT is not only impressive, that's mind boggling.

Seriously, I have no HT set up for the last 3 years, the room is a shambles. My TV is a 72" RP Barco with fungus on the red and green. Come to think of it, I'll fix that this weekend..

Really easy to fix I have done rear projection tv work before(flush and use clr then flush and fill that is if it ain't covering the whole tube)
The real term on that is called alge(I have seen really bad cases before) if it covers the whole tube face then it would need more then a flush and fill
Where did you get the tv?(if you mind me asking as I have only seen up to 60 inchers myself)
Sucks about the room need less trips and more cleaning (couldn't resist)

This is the second Barco RP set I've had. THe first one blew up in spectacular fashion about 7 years ago when leaking glycol hit the motherboard. eBay purchases. $500 for each one.
Yeah, the HT room is next on the list to renovate, after the kitchen and backyard renos. I may re-glycol the RP set this weekend though, the green haze is annoying...
