big e -
chose the "go advanced" on the quick reply window and you'll see where to upload files in the msg body. resize them if you want them to display (I think under 800pixels wide?)...

Ok since I know the max size the the server can handle I can take and resize some pics of the beast but I will start a new thread for that thanks

No dont do that, upload them to Photobucket.com and then copy the link to here.
