I love my 9" CRT PQ and I know the upsides and downsides.
I'm interested in a theoretic discussion. |
Ohh sorry to disturb you. My mistake.!! |
Well,
Since I offended two participants in this thread alone, I have to assume it's somehow my fault.
I honestly apologize.

To bring this thread full circle back to what it was originally about...
I received my screen today and Fed-Ex managed to make an absolute mess of the velvet border during shipping. Both Curt and I saw this screen before it was shipped so this is clearly transit damage. I knew something was up this morning once Fed-Ex suddenly delayed the delivery until Monday. When I called the facility I was told the packaging was destroyed in transit and they had to re-pack it, thus it missed the departure cut off in the morning. Long story short I rented a truck and picked it up myself.
I posted on the AVS forum a question regarding the VELUX border material and the VP of Technology for Stewart (Mark Robinson) responded and asked me to email him directly. He said that while he would be out of the office all of next week he would have one of his guys contact me and not to worry we'll work it out.
While I'm disappointed that the frame fabric is all f*ck*** up, I'm pretty happy there's someone at Stewart who is willing to help me when I need it the most.

Hey that two for FedEx in two weeks.
Glad you are headed toward a resolution. Not sure if you'll need to go this route but Hog Pilot had some advice:
