Looks like you've done about all that can be done short of painting the hardware with some exotic super black paint that absorbs over 99 percent of all light that hits it. Something like Vantablack, which although undoubtedly very expensive. also absorbs so close to
every bit of light that touches it that it mindscrews you just to look at it.
