Yeah, very cool. Love it. Looks like a neat room. More pics, please. A bigger, wider shot from more straight on, and a couple of closeups on the equipment shelves would be cool!

neat?

hah - anything below that shot is "kid central" in fact i trimmed out from the bottom of the shot a large cardboard box i turned into a fort for the kid.

the rest of the gear is to either side of the fireplace with metal grill doors protecting it!

i had floor speakers, but put a couple of wall mount surrounds up for the next 4 years. maybe 5.

BTW, I did score that Pioneer this morning. I need to start assembling an RTR room methinks.... Was going to make a guest bedroom, but I have no friends that ever would stay with me, so eff it, it's turning into a stereo room. Very Happy Just heading out to pick up 2 pairs of refoamed speakers for an 8" 2 way pair of JBLs and a pair of 3 way Infinitys. Both 70s vintage from the recycler! Very Happy

i had a friend back in ontario that wanted to line a staircase with RTR. 5 or 6 going up the side of the stairs on shelves.

wonder if he ever did that.

8 channels - dude, what are you going to do with 8 channels!!

but a very nice deck. I have a Teac 2340 auto reverse 7" with dust cover AND remote (nyah Curt) and i used to have a 3340S from Teac that was a lot of fun.

pretty much now, though everything is 2 channel for me. enough fun for me there.
