Well, it's not like anyone had anything really good to say about the projector. If folks from this forum bid anyway than whatever Neutral I mean the conclusion was that the tubes would all need to be replaced and that the seller wasn't being forthright. If you read all that and still wanted to overpay than have fun with all that.

Personally, I like seeing G90’s being priced higher. It makes mine and Curt’s stock worth more, makes my clients respect their existing units more, and also helps justify my services.

I'm not sure it really matters.
Anybody reading this thread ought to have been leery of bidding, specially without seeing the projector in person.
I think there is a large probability the winner did not come here for enlightenment prior to bidding.

Just speculating, but I think there is also a large probability the winner will show up here sooner or later when he discovers he can't use the pj at the proper throw distance.

Well Bach, you get the credit for thinking it was the same guy.

Craig,
I agree that it may help keep the value of G90s up (which is good because I have one). Unfortunately, it is against Curt's rules to list a working pj. This thread was basically an underhanded way to post a for sale item. What is worse is the seller by coming here knew the value of taking off the lenses. My guess is he did remove them and found the tubes to be toast.

Curt,
Crabb sent me the info and you wouldn't have found it. I have no knowledge of how Crabb did it, but I assume you have to be fairly well versed in the internet like Crabb or Kal.
