I wouldn't worry about the arc on the SMPS pin. IF someone plugs in or unplugs the SMPS before the caps on the AC input board are fully discharged, you'll get that. Not a problem.

The bent pin may or may not be an issue depending on what it touched. I have a feeling that the FOH error code problem happened all by itself regardless of any other issues in the set.

The H shift/focus board is indeed bad. I've got them at $50 plus shipping if you want one. Or, if you want to fake it, use the H shift trimpots on the H shift board to get the R and B images over top of the green. If convergence ever drifts, you'll have to pop the cover to retweak, but that's the poor man's way to get the set going. Just make sure the rasters/images of the R and B tubes are centered and that the lens toe-in is done right before you shift the raster too much with those trimpots.
