One other thing : I screwed up and its a 1208/2 not a 1208/s. I'm not sure if that would make a difference or not at this point

Could it be possible that I have one of my color wires not plugged into the right input on the back of the pj even tho they are going to the same letters off the back of the processor? All of my greens are blue and all my blues are green an yellow is magenta. That is the colors off my laptop running into the processor through a VGA cord to port 5 if that helps.

Yep very possible. Try switching them around. Maybe the cable was made wrong

I feel stupid now. My green and blue cables were switched around backward.

Now my next problem is my HDMI to VGA vonverter does no produce any images to the projector. I plugged it into my LCD projector and it works there, my hdmi cable works from my laptop to my tv so the cord works. My processor is set to negative sync and works on all other video sources. What could my problem be now

It's some POS that I bought online which I thought would do the job but after looking are online I am about 99.9% sure that it does not have HDCP stripping abilities and that is what is causing my problems. It looks like a white HDfury and the box looks the same but I assure you it does not work on my Barco,

It's gonna be pretty hard to find a used external Moome box I think, but feel free to post.

HDFury2 and a gammaX would work for you too.
