Steve, I sent a pm regarding some help with a MX-850. As with many, Google sent me here for help to update the remote to handle equipment which is newer than the database in my software (on a cd I received with the remote, both of which are several years old).I greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.

I also need software, for my MX-850. I just tried the harmony touch, don't like the layout of the remote. Can any one help please. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does any one have access to the mx-3000 software?
URC is of no help, filled out the Eula & They will not supply me the software.
I am a electrical engineer and programmer with CBS Television for over 30 Years.

I had a lovely (not!) discussion with the support dept at URC. Could not get a straight answer about the software. Eventually asked to speak with someone else who would be able to provide some actual information, and was punished for it by being made to wait on hold for nearly 30 minutes. When I was finally transferred, it went straight into voice mail. What a shame that a company who treats their customers like this makes such a good ($500) remote.

I know that this access to OEM software is a real problem. URC are really not helping with all these forms etc.........
Please do enjoy, don't share or post on ANY FORUMS MY links.

I'm in the same boat~ I have an mx850 and am in need of the software. The guy that set up the IT move out of state and no longer provides support. We changed projectors and added Apple TV and I need the software. Can anyone help please?
