The BBC nature documentaries, i.e. Planet Earth, Life, Africa, Madagascar, Frozen Planet
and the Imax nature documentaries, i.e. Born to be Wild, Under the Sea
A couple notes about these:
For the BBC content, get ONLY the versions narrated by Sir David Attenborough. The US/Discovery Channel versions not only have inferior narration, but also inferior video quality as many are only 1080i, as opposed to 1080p.
But the coolest thing above all else, is knowing that (in America), the only way to properly playback 25fps content is with a CRT.
And the footage is simply stunning.

I saw the entire Planet Earth series narrated by David Attenborough, but I was a little bit disappointed. There were a lot of stunning capture during each episode, but I have to say in the most part it wasn't that good, I saw a lot of lens problems (color abberation), post processed zooming (cropping) that decreased the image quality. Almost all underwater shots were quite good though. I know it is really hard to make good shots in the wild, so it is very good for what it is, but far from video reference level, for me at least.

I noticed that the original broadcast HD docs on BBC HD looked much nicer than the Bluerays that came out later.
All of BBC's Documentaries a re filmed in 25P.
All of their BluRay releases have not been in 25/50Hz.
