I think my remote lit up one last time tonight. I worked great last week while using it for about 1.5hrs, once and a while I had to press power a second time to turn the projector on over the last year.

So, I removed the battery cover to find out one of the 2011 Exp Duracell's was leaking. I pulled them out, dropped in a new set, the remote would backlight so there was power but the green light would flicker fast. I tried another set, same thing. Pulled the batteries, cleaned the contacts, put them back in, pressed a button which quickly lit up red then died. Now I have no life. Crying or Very sad

I took it apart, don't see anything really wrong on the board. Anything I can do to get this working again? Replacement options? iPhone app?

Trouble in paradise?

Try taking the batteries out, push every button on the remote once then put the batteries in ans try again.

Buy Energizers, they won't leak like Duracells.

I'm not buying Duracells anymore. I think I've had half a dozen leaky Duracells in remotes the last four or five years.

Me too. Duracells suck now for leaking.

It's Alive! I pressed all the buttons, installed the batteries, no luck. Pressed all the buttons again with them in, nothing. Removed them then put them back in in the opposite order, which I've done before, and it suddenly started working. Thumbs Up

A quick search revealed numerous problems with leaking Duracell's. For now a cheap set of Chateau batteries I had on hand will do.

Well getting it working was a remote possibility but you tried a battery of tests and now all is right in Paradise. Laughing
