Never delivered!
Let me know, in PM also.

Unfortunately, all terms have expired for claiming a refund. I believed in him and I was wrong. I was very naive.

About all you can do is post here and on avs, and any other forum that he frequents. He's been outed a whole bunch of times, but some people still don't know about Gary. He's one of the few people that still manages to rip people off, including me, a few years ago.

And don't worry about him threatening a lawsuit. He has no money...

Weird. He's got a number of good feedbacks, even on some Barco parts from around the time when Decibel's auction closed. I wonder why he delivered on some of the stuff, but not others.

Regardless, the pattern is undeniable. What a piece of crap.

Keep chasing him, Decibel. Try every angle... Maybe PayPal will even work with you if he was stringing you along. Good luck.

Regards,
SC

How did you get him to agree to ship to you when his ad says, US only?

Read the body of the ad. He says overseas buyers can contact him to get screw.... I mean for consideration.

Yeah, I saw that after i posted. I guess he did consider it until he received payment.......

I'm a little surprised Ebay would bail on it. 3 months is not that long when you apply overseas shipping. Did you contact Ebay decibel?

I'm amazed he's been able to maintain a 100% Ebay feedback.

Do you have a tracking number for the shipment. How was it shipped? I only ship Express Mail International with a tracking number these days for exactly situations like this. I would try tracing the package through the Postal System as it may have gotten held up somewhere, probably in Italy.

All other avenues are closed due to the time thats elapsed. Paypal is 45 days and Credit Card disputes generally have to be initiated within 60 days.

If the douche isn't able to supply a valid tracking number you're just another of the countless hapless customers he's shafted over the years.

I'm pretty sure that it's not the same eBay ID as from a couple of years ago.

Filing suit in a court of law has not. Of course being in Italy I'm not sure of the international options. Of course a direct suit to Ebay would be.

Definitely different to his previous account. The current one was created 12/11/11 and he's been shafting customers for a many years before that.

If you paid with a credit card through PayPal you can still reverse the charges through your CC. If he can't produce a recipt for the shipment the CC will most likely refund your money and debit PP for the transacction.

On eBay I always pay through PayPal with a CC. This makes it so that I have multiple avenues of recourse not all though PP/eBay.

Jee, my blood pressure is rising just by reading this stuff. Again ? Is this guy not afraid that some day, someone will track him down in Kentucky, and teach him a lesson ?
Hell, i would in his place. I'm not trying to advertise violence here but i think it's wrong thinking ''well, he has no money'' or ''it was just 50$''. It's not about the amount here, it's about principle. Not having much does not mean you have to loose your integrity stealing people's hard earned money.
Euh, East Point meet Twisted Evil ?

Thank you for answers.

I wrote to him several messages.
He said me: wait, wait and wait.

I was very naive because 45 days before I could open a dispute for item not received.
Instead I slid the time and now I can not do anything.
I can not even leave negative feedback.
He never given a tracking number or a copy of the shipping document.
I trusted because he have all positive feedbacks, many members that bought from him crt parts wrote positive feedback.
Write to ebay is like writing a wall of rubber: respond with "automatic answer", there is not a person who takes care of the case and follow to the end.
You should organize a number of people at the same time indicate the member crook.
I lost a little of money, ok!
My life continue happy Very Happy
But I would that no other friends will be robbed by this crook.

Did he just decide to become a douche? I used to read a bunch of his posts on avs about tubes and thought he was a decent enough guy. Guess I was wrong.
