Friend borrowed 3 I switched back to 2 temporary working fine. I unhooked 3 from friends setup came home to replace 2 but now only getting green output from pj. Any ideas??

What are your dip switch settings? DIP 1 should be switched to ON for RGB output.

I did switch to RGB. It like the output is not strong enough to drive the Barco1209s I switched 5 off it helped to keep the pj from going in and out of black, but the level is way off?? I can go back to the 2 and its fine?? Need help.

Try connecting the R G and B outputs to a component input of a flat screen TV. If that shows good color.. the Fury is still somehow in component output mode. Component is not the same as RGBHV.

That should be fine. Lately with HDMI in general we've seen short cables ( less than 3 feet ) cause problems.
As to unhooking it and plugging it back in. Welcome to the flakyness that's HDMI.

I've seen that with PC video cards, DVD recorders, HDMI switchers, PS3's and Bluray players.

Have you got the power supply connected to the Fury 3? 5v at least 1A?
