Got this Dell 3100MP from a business upgrading their IT equipment. This little PJ seems like a nice portable unit for on the spot projection needs.

The problem I seem to be having with this projector is... When I use the DVI input with a computer, the black is green. (Picture the BIOS screen of a computer with the white lettering & black backround, only the black is green)

All the other colors seem to be working fine... I am unsure if this is a sync issue or not? Other than that the whole projector is fully operational, and has a total of less than 300 hours on the machine so I have a hard time believing its toast.

Is it possibly the conversion of VGA to DVI? the PC I am using doesn't have a DVI so I am wondering if the PJ is being picky as a result?

lmao, I would agree except that it went back to that colorscheme Razz I am betting it is some sort of chip desoldering from the board since when I tapped it it changed the color to normal again.

Now to find someone willing to repair it Razz
