By this do you mean the H-def coils only, or the other corresponding coils as well?
If the shaking comes from the green plug from HDM, then you narrowed down the source pretty much. As Curt already said the H-def is basically the same for all threee tubes, only the last stage is individual for each tubes. Maybe a bad contact in the relay?
