Anyone know which buttons you press and hold to force a reset of this Motorola stb. Trying to help a friend get his new tv and HD box going. The box began installation and locked up.

Hold power for ten seconds? Thats how most new stbs are reset.

I was under the impression that the box had already been activated, NOT!!!
I had to call tech support and give them the activation code then hurry up and wait for them to send it.
One and one half hours and counting. You know it's activated when the front display shows the clock time.
