I just installed the Moome card into my XG110LC so I'm going to pull down the old Barco 801S and finally hang the NEC (brand new tubes installed) from the ceiling. I hope to use the existing Unistrut but realize I'll need to adjust the distance of the projector from the screen and height from ceiling. I tried to open the XG_PCControl program to calculate the proper distances but it doesn't run on Win 7.
I'll be using a 16:9 106" screen; anyone know the proper distances?

win 7 should allow you to run an XP instance and then you can run that within it.
however, i found that 99" from screen to the font of the lenses gave me 72" wide image filling the lenses nicely. Simple math from that point.

Forget the program. Thats not how you do this if you want to use the tubes better.
To start with you need to get the image centered on the green tube, then you need to set the keystone to about where it will be and recheck the centering, now move the projector back and forward til it fills the screen. Measure from the top edge of the projector to the screen and then that is your starting distance for where you will mount the unit on the ceiling. From there, you get it stop on and it shouldnt be far off anyway.
