Highest hour meter that I've ever seen...
Tim sold it years ago (9500LC).
HDM needed daughter board cleaning, blue tube was toast. (no emission).
I believe the customer never turned it off, or maybe his remote only muted the pix?
Unit has Mike Parker mods, appears solid as a rock with a replacement blue...

Impressive stats. Total runtime 9 years, 7 years in Standby, 2 years Operational. Works out to running 2,000 hrs/year, which is a full business day (40 hrs/week, 50 weeks). You'd almost need to have it on a timer for that.
I wish I had the time to watch my PJ 2,000 hrs/year! That's a full time job, but I think I could handle it.

I got one once that was over 49,000 hours. Tubes were totally toasted. In a totally dark room, you could BARELY see any glow on any CRT face when looking in the lenses with all settings cranked.
I rebuilt and retubed it and as far as I know it's still running like a champ. One of our forum members here bought it. I recall I shipped it to Georgia in a
factory Marquee shipping crate, via air freight.
I also got a Marquee once from .gov liquidation that was showing 1.7 MILLION hours of use. Clearly it was a glitch, and not an accurate number, but it sure looked cool.
