I don't get it either but at 1080i which is where I had it set I cannot get the blue focus to move at all in either direction. It will only adjust at the other resolutions. I suppose I could try different frequencies at 1080i. It does sound weird but that is the practical reality. There maybe some other explanation but I don't know what it is.

You might have to pull this thing down and put up an NEC i think...

Not likely. I am pretty confortable with Barco but just when you think you know something you really find you don't know as much as you think or even need but its all good fun. I would point out the picture is really good and its really enjoyable to watch and I guess thats the point.
