Order the cable so that they arrive shortly before I get to you. That way you can return the cable if it does not work. So don't order the cable now, wait until two weeks before I arrive to place the order. Only snag is that sometimes Monoprice sells out of items, but hopefully they will have it when you need it.

You may not need the power supply for the HDMI extender. Or you can buy it someplace else.
